TIMELINE OF ACTIVITIES

 

1.  Initial Contact
Unless otherwise directed, initial contact will be responded to by email.  If you would prefer to be contacted by phone instead, feel free to note so in your inquiry.  The initial contact will confirm availability, and provide a price quote based on the details you provide. If further details are needed to properly quote, you will be notified what information is needed.  During the initial contact we will set up the first time meeting location and time.


2.  First Meeting
The first meeting with a client usually takes place at a location convenient and "neutral" - usually a neighborhood coffee shop or restaurant.  This meeting allows everyone to get to know each other and get an idea of your expectations and needs. During this meeting the wedding worksheet and contract will be provided and we will go over any questions or concerns.   


3.  Follow-Up Emails/Calls/In-Person Meetings
Throughout the process and until the last song of your wedding night, I am here to assist you with all of your wedding planning needs.  I am available by phone,text, Facebook chat, email messages, or in-person meetings to help you prepare for your big day.  Typically, communication will pick up in the 2-3 months leading up to your wedding, but I am here to help any time you have a question or concern.
 

4.  Final In-Person meeting
During the final meeting we will go over the wedding worksheet to review your music requests, special dances, and event timeline. This will also be a great time to rehearse the pronunciation of your bridal party members and ask/answer any last minute questions.

  • All Packages are able to be customized and additional extended play time is available upon request.

  • Engagements within the Phoenix Metro Area will NOT be assessed a travel charge. Services requiring travel  in excess of 30 miles from my starting location will be charged a travel charge, unless otherwise negotiated between the purchaser and Twisted FX Entertainment.
